Kiruhura registers low turn up of learners as first term enters fourth day.
There is still low turn up of learners in kiruhura district more especially in government schools. The Kiruhura District Education Officer,Mrs Merambu Busingye attribute the low turn up on the outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease which have left parents with no way of taking their children to school.
